Under a mantle of stars, they marched
Bathed in light, soothed by the night
The chant of the trumpets dilutes with the wind
Hectic the thunder revealing its might

Her tears like leaves, they fall from their tree
Grandmother is dancing the waltz of the sea
While hundreds of golems, the wolves, and a ghost
Strode to their death without fear, without hope

Over shoulders of giants they marched
Bathed in light, soothed by the night
The chant of the trumpets dilutes with the wind
Hectic the thunder revealing its might

A stronghold of sapphire awaits at the dawn
The arrival of giants and the death of the sun
In the highest of battlements, a king lies strong
Arrogant, fearless, taciturn

With a heavenward glance, Caroline commands them
Facing the white terror with relentless hearts
Just a mawkish tear, frozen in her cheek
While piercing arrows covered up the skies in white

Ashes fall to the ground, crumbled to dust with a spell
Overhead in the air, clouds are gathered in thunderous light
The reign of silence collapsed at a trice
With Caroline leading them strong
The cross was raised, the wind, reticent
Thousands of archers in white

Shrill glow

The golems are plunging their hands in the soil
We won’t fall! We won’t die!
Screaming with longing and pain in their hearts
We won’t fall! We won’t die!

Glowing and floating, the white king he shines
Swaddled in crystals and lustrous white pearls

Caroline floated like raised by the moon
Languid hawthorns were coiled in her arms
And the whitest and unsullied light
Buried the armies in ivory dust
